I sometimes hear co-workers make suggestions or complain about how they wish something would be different and my response tends to be "great idea! Want to head up the committee for that?" Typically that shuts them up very quickly.
It never ceases to amaze me how people say they want change but then want no part in making that change happen. They want someone else to do all the work and just have things handed to them.
