For you ladies who are doing weightwatchers, how's it going for y'all? I'm down 9 lbs in two and a half weeks. I still have about 25 to go, but it feels good to be making progress.
I need to do something because I am stuck. I have no desire to get on the treadmill as soon as the baby goes down so do I. Lame that my bedtimes is 830.
I weigh in tomorrow so I'm hopeful. I've been down about 1 pound a week so far. I find two things discouraging: I cannot find time for the treadmill at all, because its in the basement where the kids can't be and sleep is too erratic still to do it during naps. And I weigh myself in the morning, but depending on when I nursed last and whether I'm full of milk, my weight fluctuates. I'm sticking with it though, I did it before I was pregnant and was successful, so I know I can do it again.
Let's start weigh in Wednesdays next week. I'll try to remember to post it, but if I forget, anybody feel free to start.
It's not a WW specific check in, but we have a "Hump Day DeBump Day" check in on Wednesdays if you want to join in. I'm getting ready to post it right now!

I was done 2 lbs this week. I was hoping for a more productive first week but 2 lbs gone is still better than nothing I guess. What are you ladies eating for breakfast? I need something fast but filling!

I eat oatmeal with blueberries every morning. 1/2 cup=4 points. Plus it's supposed to help with milk production, and it's delicious.

ditto the oatmeal...I think it's bland by itself though so I make it with 1/2 almond millk and 1/2 water and I add cinnamon, brown sugar and a teaspoon of fake peanut butter for slightly more points - usually 7 or so
I know this is an old post but I need some WW help! Are any of you breastfeeding while on WW? I am exclusively breastfeeding and I CANNOT seem to lose this weight. I've been on WW for a month now and I'm really not losing anything and I was very successful at losing weight while on WW a few years ago.
So if you are breastfeeding are you eating all of those extra points they give you for BFing and still losing the weight? I've tried eating lots of points, very few points... nothing seems to work! Anyway, just wondering how you've been successful. And of course I don't want to lower my milk supply either.
I'm breast formula feeding, and I'm down 14.6 lbs in 4 weeks. Some days I eat the extra points, somedays I don't. I never use all of my weekly points or exercise points. I try to keep it as much to only my dailies as possible, with a few treats here and there throughout the week. And I don't drink right now at all, and I definitely think that helps.

We should have a check in every week!
