New results and lots of questions about ovarian reserve

Soooo I got some lab results and my doctor is out of town on conference for a week, which means I tried to ask Dr Google and got myself all in a tissy. Then I thought, why not ask Dr 3TC! While I know that all situations are different and you guys can't tell me exactly, any info would be great!!!

So my prior treatment cycles they didn't do as much testing... only FSH/LH/E2 etc. This time, since we are preparing for IVf we did much more. I'm confused about my results because my FSH/LH/E2 seem good, but my AFC, AMH and Inhibin B seemed low (from what I could find). Also, in the past I had 1-2 follies on my own and up to 4 with clomid so seems I respond ok. I'm just concerned about my ovarian reserve. Here are my numbers...

CD#3 FSH 7.1, LH 3.7, E2 40, AMH 1.03 and Inhibin B 34

CD#5 AFC was only 10 ( I posted about this previously)

All of my other labs, thyroid, testosterone, prolactin, etc are normal. I'll be having my CD#21 labs soon. I appreciate any info!

Your FSH is in the normal range.

 

Your AMH & AFC look low-ish - - but not so dismal that you're out of the game.  An AFC of 10 is nearly in the normal range.

Hey there, your fsh look normal for age, dr. Gets concerned for anything above a 10. Amh is middle median, they like them at 2, but again on Age group above 1 dr. Is happy. I started at 1.05 back in Oct. Then in Jan went to a .9 now waiting for results for recent any etc.those numbers they ran for you just basically tell the dr. What protocol to have you do, and how much meds you need for ivf.All seems good , so stay encouraged. Big hugs, and good luck!

I just wanted to comment on your avatar - I LOVE IT! Hilarious! And exactly how I feel about pee sticks right now!! So sick of POAS especially since I've never seen a positive on anything except an OPK!!

Thanks! I was actually nervous it might upset some people so I took it down, but that is definitely how I feel!

Thank you. I thought the FSH was good, but I found 2 for the AMH and was worried. I appreciate your input a ton!!!!!!
