Help yeast ?

So my LO has her first yeast infection. She's been wearing her CDs so we plan to use them with a liner with the nystatin cream. Tonight is wash night. Our normal routine is a warm cold rinse then hot wash wih detergent with cold rinse followed by at least 1 more hot wash. We have a front loading he washer. Should I use bleach? Anything else I should use? Thanks!

Yes use bleach.  I'd also add a couple drops each of grapefruit seed extract and tea tree oil.  When I went through this, I also did a couple extra rinses at the end until I couldn't smell any bleach (I have an HE too).  In addition to disinfecting your dipes, I'd also recommend doing anything else that touches her bottom (i.e. changing pad covers, wipes, etc).  Also keep in mind that you should continue this routine for at least 5 days after the yeast clears up as yeast has a way of looking gone and then coming back!

Because the wash routine became such an ordeal, I chose to use sposies with the nystatin so I would only have to disinfect everything once.  I went back to cloth 5 days after rash cleared.
