I like Mila a lot (DD of a good friend). But not with Marie.
If you're set on that middle name, I'd go with Callie Marie or Lydia Marie. The others are NMS.

Haha you're funny. Obviously I won't count up the votes and comments and name my child the most popular one on here, hubby has a say too (just a little lol). Just like hearing opinions and comments about names.
