sore boob!

So lastnight, was the first night in a very long time Lo slept through the night! Great! However, I woke up with my right boob killing me, so I did the unspeakable and woke Lo up at 5 am because I was to lazy to go pump. Ever since, my boob has been really sore and is very uncomfortable. It hurts up top away from the nipple and on to the right side.

Will this go away, or should I be concerned?

    Pump pump pump!!!! Nurse then pump today and get those clogs out our you will be sorry. Trust me. Hot shower and massage and PUMP!
