I'll be flying solo with my 2 month old in a couple weeks. I'm freaked out because I won't have DH to help me with LO, and I'm just terrified of how I'm going to make it through the airport, security, bathrooms, and through the flight with just one pair of hands. I'll have a stroller, and a sling, and will be checking luggage bc I dont think I can do baby and a carryon. Im planning on wearing / holding LO as she is flying free as a lap child. I EBF so was going to bring a nursing cover because i dont want to mess with trying to do bottles. Can any one give tips on how to make this go smoothly? Am I missing something or not doing something that would go easier?
To add I'm visiting a friend with small kids so she has all the stuff I'd need like PNP, bouncy, etc so gear isn't a concern, it's just getting there.
Re: Flying w 2 month old
Thanks for the nursing tip! She doesnt have a carseat so I'll be bringing my "stroller" which is LO's carseat with a clip in stroller base (just the wheels and frame).
