Some coworkers and I are doing a 30 day squat challenge and I kind of want to do an ab one too. Anyone interested?
I'm doing a June fast food/ spending freeze too so next month is going to be boring for me.

Today is my official day 1. I did squats last night but quit after 35 lol. I'm going to break them up into 2 25 sets today.
