No. I always think of yeast when I hear Easton lol. Weird, I know. I do like Weston, and I know someone who named their baby North.

My DS is Easton so obviously I'm biased, but we get tons of compliments on his name and we have yet to meet another Easton IRL.

I am not a huge fan.  But I don't think "trendy" should be the reason you wouldn't use it if you like it.

Easton is NMS because it's a bit too country for me. I'm not sure that I'd say it's trendy, but it's definitely gaining in popularity.

Super trendy and I really just dislike it. We have a cousin that used it for her son and I still laugh thinking about our 98 year old great-nana saying, "What" (no joke about 15 times when she heard it) Then saying, like the ball bat? Well, that's just ridiculous.

I know more than 4 babies named Easton under 1 year old. I think it is super trendy.

I'd say its ok.  The only association I have with the name is the country singer.

I don't see the trendy aspect to it. I guess because I haven't seen it used before. I prefer Weston for the nn Wes. If the nn for Easton is East then no I don't like it.
