Sleep Consultant in Atlanta?

Does anyone know of an affordable sleep consultant in Atlanta? So far I've found 2. One charges $400, the other $250 that just seems a bit pricey to me.

My son is 18 months and we've tried many different sleep methods: Sleep Easy, Ferber, Sleep lady shuffle, and our own version of sleep training. We attempted to sleep train at 5 months, 7 months, 9 months, 13 months, 15 months and 17 months.... Now I just want to bring in professional help so if anyone knows of anybody, please let me know.
