NEED ADVICE!!!!

My daughter is 19 weeks old, we have been throw many different formulas and she does ok in the beginning but then eventually has dirrhea and is extremly cranky. She does have acid reflux and is on meds for that, along with giving her mylicon pretty much every feeding again. I had started solid food last week and thats when it started again! I stopped that and she is now just on her bottles Alimentum and Rice in each bottle. and she is spitting up way more then usual and is very gassy along with lots of dirrhea. She no longer screams of happiness anymore and its killing me that i dont know what to do for her . Please help any advice would be so thankful!

for her gas, have you tried gripe water? for the first week my son was born he had really bad gas issues and we tried gas drops and they worked for a few mins, then we tried the gripe water made by a company called mommy's bliss. it works like a charm!

This definitely sounds like an issue you need to discuss with the pediatrician. It definitely sounds like she's not ready for solids yet, so I would hold off a while (my younger daughter didn't start solids until 8 months even though I started offering at 6 months). If with just the formula and rice cereal she's doing fine I would stick with that for a while.

First, it sounds like she's not ready for solids, so I'd stop that ASAP. Second, you need to call your pedi and try to get a GI appointment.

Hello! Sorry for what you are going through. My baby is 14weeks and I have the same issues once in a while with my baby who also has reflux and turns out has a milk allergy discovered after him diarrhea all the time and caused him to have blisters in his buttocks he used to scream all the time as well but he also used to projectile vomiting. As for your baby's bad episode you should contact your peditrician since my babys ped told me that the medicine dose for the reflux is by weight so whenever my babys weight increases he starts being fussy and i have to increase my babys dose now i do it without my ped direct orders since im used to it but you should call him/her for your first time. Also what med is your baby using? Mine used zantac until it stopped working and the ped changed it to omeprazole and hes much better...good luck! And feel free to ask any more qs :
