Does anyone have hypothyroidism here? I started temping a week ago and my highest temp has been 97.06. I intend to contact my dr next week but I just wanted to know how other women dealt with it. Do you take synthroid? Is there a more natural way you have found to manage your hypothyroidism? And most importantly, how has it affected your TTC? Any stories, advice, encouragement is greatly appreciated!

What has been your lowest temp? Some people just run low. I just did a quick google search and found this:
"Although the normal body temperature of the majority of the general public may be 98.6 F, there is some variation among individuals, according to Columbia University Health Services. If you are not suffering from any other signs of infection or illness and your temperature is in the range of 96 to 97 degrees, your normal may just be lower than that of other people. Thanks for that info I'm going to check out the link. My lowest temp was this morning at 96.45F. The more I look into it the less likely I think I'm hypo. My body is just messed up. I still plan on calling my dr though this week and I'll let ya know what she says! Even if she get put on provera or something that would be fabulous. I feel so helpless not knowing what's going on with my body.
