Insert question

I LOVE my bumgenius 4.0s but they are bulky (I'm still using the smallest setting). I am looking into getting some different sized inserts but I don't know where to start. What brand? What material? I need suggestions.

    I LOVE my joeybunz hemp inserts, thirties help and Alva 4 layer bamboo. All thinner and very absorbant.

    Try either the Alva bamboo or Alva blend.
