I just did some internet research, talked with a doula and attended some Trust Birth meetings. If you go into labor knowing that you will not take any drugs and knowing you will do whatever it takes to go natural, you will go natural. Drugs and interventions were not an option for me the second time and I knew I could trust my body. It also helped to have a best friend do it. She said if she could get through it, I could too. Also, don't listen to people who tell you that you are crazy for considering it. Those haters actually fueled my desire for a natural delivery haha.
