First appt with RE

My obgyn referred me to an RE and I have an appointment next Thursday. What should i expect when I go? nervous because I never thought I would get to this point, but I guess it's the first step in figuring out what's going on.

    Discussion of your history, blood work and maybe sending you DH for sperm analysis.

    My first appointment involved going over the tests, statistics, and my history. She went over different options for treatments and the chances for success. She told me to call on day 1 of my next cycle and make an appointment for an ultrasound to check my ovaries and do a follicle count. After she saw the # of follicles, she decided what kind of blood panel she wanted to run. 

    I'll be honest... it was a little overwhelming. If you can bring someone with you, it would help. DH was out of town but I didn't want to waste another minute. It was hard to repeat the information despite taking notes.
