Breakout on chin

Michaela has been breaking out on her chin a lot lately. I think it's a combo of drool from teething and tha fact that she has been using her paci a ton more than I usually let her.
And idea how I can stop this or get rid of it?

I was her face with baby soap, dove I think, every day and I wipe her face with babywipes 2 or 3 times a day.

Skip the baby wipes. Use a plain wet rag instead, pat it dry, then smear a bit of Vaseline over the top.

Yep yep. This is good advice. Some baby wipes have smell added, all baby wipes dry out the skin.
