What do you guys think of decorative wall panels? I like them and would like to put some up in the dining room in the new house. Something like this :

 

ETA: You should now be able to see what I mean...

I really like it but DH is rather "meh" about it.

I tried to get DH on board, but out here most of us have textured walls, so the supplies for this project are more expensive (have to buy board for the entire lower half of the wall).  Thus, he vetoed.
