Surgery Scheduled

Violet goes in June 19th for Strabismus correction and maybe a MRI.  I'm happy that this may get resolved but also sad and scared.  I'm going to have to cancel her swim lessons because of the surgery too, poor baby.

I would be scared too.  Is it a fairly quick procedure?  I sure hope so.  GL to you and V in June!

Aww, that poor little sweetheart. I hope everything goes off without a hitch and that she recovers quickly. I'm glad it's something they can fix but imagine that must be very scary. T&Ps with you guys!

I don't know if it will help but can I offer some reassurance?  I had this surgery about 5 years ago.  It was a fairly easy recovery they told me that it would have been even easier if I was a kid.  You will be so happy you did this. Bifocals and eye patches suck balls when you are little. Good luck.  Surgery is super freaky when it's your kid.  I really feel for you right now.
