Whatever rule you follow, 3 day, 4 day, 5-7 day (I've heard them all) how strict are you? At some point do you get more lax? At this rate, it'll take years to introduce foods to LO. What about foods with multiple ingredients further down the road like cherrios, table foods, etc? TIA
Sept 2013 started TTC#2 (never got PP period so hoping for the first egg to drop)
Jan 2014 - diagnosed POF (Premature Ovarian Failure) and told pregnancy not possible without egg donor because my ovaries would never function again with my hormone levels (FSH 136, LH 98.6, AMH <.03, estradiol 0, HCG 7) - using acupuncture, chiropractic care and TCM herbs / supplements

Re: Solids - 4 day rule
Violet Mae born 1/15/13
Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12
Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.
This Cluttered Life
With my first, I started on the '3 day rule' for a couple weeks, then it dropped to 2 days, then 1. I made all her pur?es, so she might get the same thing several times in a week, but after the first couple months, she was definitely getting a new food a day. I followed the 3 day rule because I was a FTM and the doc said to.
This time around, LO is just eating what we eat, and since I don't eat the same thing every day, neither does he.
