Braxton hicks?

I didn't even know how to title this!
Any who, I'm 31 weeks with di di twin girls. I feel like I might have dropped last night, is that too early? I also have had a lot of Braxton hicks with it. Anyone feel like they get all tight and contraction like when their multiples do a flip or growth spurt? Almost called labor and delivery, but they aren't painful, just uncomfortable. And laying down helped a little.
This is my third pregnancy, but first multiple pregnancy. So I kind of feel like I know what to expect contraction wise.

I think you should go to labor and delivery I thought my contractions was Braxton hicks turn out they was the real deal my MFM told me with twin things are more complicated then with a singleton mines didn't hurt at all just pressure and a tight belly better safe then sorry call them that's what they're there for good luck

My doctor told me that even if I think they are just Braxton Hicks, if I have more than 6 an hour and can't get them to go away by laying down, drinking water, ect, I need to call.
But yesI have them all the time!
