Are you supposed to buy new bottles over time?  I've had the same ones for about 6 months but I obviously clean them all day and sterilize one a week.

I haven't heard about replacing them over time - especially over a span of only 6 months.  As long as you are cleaning & sterilizing, they should be fine.

I have the same ones from when she was a newborn. I did get all new nipples a month or so ago. My only concern is that they seem to leak a lot now, and they never did in the beginning.

This!!!  I do the same thing with cleaning and sterilizing and I always rinse them out with super hot water if I can't wash it right away.  I was thinking about buying new parts (the stopper/plug looking part) to see if that stopped the leaking.  But since we are slowly starting the sippy cup, I am hoping that eventually, we can ditch the bottle and just use the sippy cup.  Of course I know this will take a lot of time.

I have noticed my Dr. Brown bottles also occasionally leak.  I sometimes run them through the dishwasher, I wonder if this could have something to do with it?

I have never run mine through the dishwasher and they also occasionally leak. I think it's just the bottles because I have heard this from several people.
