Infrequent urination?

Hi ladies! I searched the forums high and low for this question and couldn't find much info..so maybe you can help me? I'm 28.5 weeks pregnant and have been reading up on third trimester symptoms. One of the main ones is frequent urination...I am not experiencing this whatsoever! I experienced it in my first trimester but now I'm lucky if I go about 4 times a day and I never have to get up in the night to go! Anyone else experiencing this? I drink a TON of water a day, no soda or caffeine! I don't see my doctor for 2 more weeks and hoping I'm not alone! I passed my GD test and BP is normal...sorry for the essay! Thank you :]

Not everyone has the same symptoms.

I am 38 weeks almost 39 and get up maybe once or twice during the night. That didn't hit until a week or so ago. During the day I don't pee very often. Some people have to pee all the time, others don't.

It depends on the shape of your pelvis and how the baby is sitting.  I peed like a normal person all through my first pregnancy.

Mine just started at 34 weeks. I now realize how lucky I had been.

It depends on my baby's position how much I go.

Are you swelling at all? You may be retaining, in which case you need to drink even more water.

What color is your urine? If you are drinking enough, your urine should be very light or clear in color. If it's not, you should be drinking more. If it is, be thankful for your bladder capacity.

"Okay, I dislike ALL of you infrequent peeing women!" says the woman who has to haul her butt out of bed 5-6 times per night. No but in all honesty, I've had friends mention that they had no issues sleeping uninterrupted right up until the end.

Thank you for all your responses! This makes me feel much better! I have no swelling or anything, I've been keeping an eye on that and when I go first thing it's usually yellow but as I go throughout the day it's very pale yellow and by the end of the day it's almost clear! TMI sorry lol maybe I just have a larger bladder...joy! Anyways I appreciate all your responses and I'm glad I'm not alone :] best wishes to all of you for the remainder of the trimester!!
