Mine is awful. I have been working on consciously holding my shoulders back and down, because sitting at a desk all day is causing some mild nerve impingement and I have a tingly spot on my back as a result. I also am getting a hump on my neck that I hate. I can't stand it, but I don't know how to get rid of it.
