So my milk is finally stopping my chest still sore but no more leaking or feeling like rocks no more thank god. It was a horrible reminder that i couldn't and would not get to feed my baby boy.

My question is when did your flow stop?

I'm so sorry...I wasn't far enough along for the milk to come in, but that must be a horrible reminder for you, not to mention having to go through the pain.  Big hugs to you.

I bled bright red for about a week, and then I spotted for another three.  I gave birth on March 24th and the spotting stopped on April 24th.  But I have read that it is normal to bleed for up to 8 weeks.

I bled for about a week, then I had my first post-partum AF about a month after my loss. But every woman is different, obviously.

I lost my girl at 37 weeks. I bled for 4 weeks and had a little spotting after that. I'm still waiting for my first postpartum period, it's been 11 weeks.

I bled for about a week, while still showing now and again for the next several weeks. My flow returned 13 weeks after giving birth. My doc said 6-10 weeks is the middle ground, with some women going longer or shorter.

I bled for about a week, then spotted for about two more weeks after that.  My first pp AF came at around 8 weeks.  Hang in there.  Recovering from birth is so hard.  Take care of yourself.
