Babysitter rate for 2U2?

I know rates will vary based on geography...just looking for an average, something to go on.

When we just had DS we paid a grad student $12 an hour. What rate should I increase to now that we have an 18mo and 4mo?  (We would likely hire another grad student once she graduates.)

We pay $10 per hour for our sitter.  (Just for date night)  When I was  a nanny I was paid $12 an hour and babysat for 1 baby.  I was also a licensed teacher so they paid me more than they would have a college teacher since they wanted my experience and qualifications.

I started using a college student as a regular babysitter when my kids were 6months and 2yrs.  We pay $12/hr.  We are a MCOL area- Philly suburbs.

We pay $14 but our sitter is a teacher and has an amazing background. I think we overpay slightly, but we don't get a sitter often enough for it to really make a difference in our wallets. She does a great job with the kids and is reliable, so we pay the price for that. The $10 chick we had was a flake and not very interactive with the kids.
