I hope everyone had a great week and weekend! I can't believe we're on week
seven!
I am trying to stay positive but last week was extremely hectic and I had a lot of life obstacles to get through! I got laid off from babysitting my niece because her dad got laid of I've been watching her since she was 6 weeks old and my ex got laid off so my daughter has no child support. He also refuses to settle our assets and I found out the house we own together has gone into foreclosure. We haven't been together for 3 1/2 years and have been going through divorce and divorce related litigations for 2 1/2 years. I am lucky to have my FI because he loves us and supports my daughter like she's his own. Anyway, the reason for telling all that is to say, I did a lot of stress and emotional eating last week. I am down .5 lbs but my eating and exercising weren't great at all. Sorry the long post and partial vent but thanks for listening!
I'm back on track today and ready to make this a great week! Good luck to everyone and thanks for making last week's check in another great success! Let's do it again this week!

Crazy weekend! Where does it go?!
I met w/ my trainer on Monday and Wednesday and did cardio, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday! Woo! No weight change tho I keep sliding into more and more clothes! I'd like to lose a few more pounds before the summer gets here! Diet was good, tho major cheating w/ my "mistress" - Sam Summer - lol but what is mother's day for if not relaxing and enjoying yourself!

I took Sunday off, ran on Weds and Saturday and went to Crossfit M,Tu,Th, F. Everything felt good! Still not eating super healthy, my sweet tooth has been bad since getting pregnant. My goal for the week is to get the eating in order!
It sounds like you're doing awesome and your LO is so adorable. I also love her name!!!

Hey guys, I'm late but better late than never
Last week was ok - 3 runs for a total of 10 miles and 1 JM dvd. I was doing ok with food - mostly 1600 calories per day but one day of over 2000.
And then Saturday night I flew to a conference. In France. So Sunday (and Monday and Tuesday) involved a lot of wine, croissants and pates
So, no, I didn't track calories because I'm pretty sure I would be hitting five digits. But every dang mouthful was soooooo worth it.
Weight wise I'm still stuck on the same 152. I guess I should just be happy that the overindulgence abroad didn't bump it even higher.
