Dh got me a nice card for mothers day and signed the new babys name on it as niko. Ive been going around spelling it nico. Which one do you think is better and why?
What is your ethnicity? If you are Italian/Portuguese/Spanish, I'd go with Nico, but if your family is Slavic/Eastern European, Niko would make sense. Is it short for anything (Nicholas? Dominic?)

Baby Name Popularity by State
DH is 100 percent Italian and our last name is very Italian. I'm German and Irish. DS' name is Enzo.
I like using Nico just the way it is, since our son's full name is Enzo. We're not planning on using it as a nickname.
Rainbow Surprise Baby due 05/26/2017
I'd definitely go with Nico then.
