Anyone else having a really hard time staying hydrated despite drinking a ton of water throughout the day? I guzzle water all day as in, its 11am and I have already had 6 tall glasses of water and am still dehydrated! I don't wake up though the night to drink anything although I am usually up once to pee and I'm wondering if I just get so dehydrated overnight that I have a hard time making up for it through the day? I probably drink an average of 10 to 12, 16 oz glasses of water a day and no caffeine or sodas and I still get headaches and dark urine through the day... I have a dr appt tomorrow and I'm going to bring this up to him, but just curious. I don't remember needing so much water to stay hydrated with ds and was thinking maybe it could be due to the progesterone shots or ? Any ideas, or is this normal and I just forgot?
Thanks ladies! Hope you are all having a wonderful Mother's Day!
Re: Difficulty staying hydrated...
there are also some "diet" power-aide type drinks you can buy that are low/no sugar.
I drink a lot of sparkling water from Trader Joes. No carbs or anything in it.
