No family aroud

Hello Ladies, 

I am in Anchorage and lived here since 2006. We just for our BFP and going to see a doctor next week. I had a miscarriage in January, but this time everything is going smooth so far

My biggest concern with living here and having a baby is that we have no family. I will have to go back to work after maternity leave is up and that scares me more than giving birth  

Does anyone have same situation? how do you cope with it?
