Irregular cycles, passed provera test but again long cycle

Hi have been off  bc for 8 months and have had only 3 cycles. First was induced by provera after 85 days. Second around 57 days third 47 and now I am over 60 again. I am frustrated and confused. I return to doc Tuesday. I passed provera test so what does that mean? What's wrong with my body?
