my husband and I are still TTC! It has been one year and boy am I getting sick of this same stuff over and over! To catch everyone up on what has been happening, I have not ever did my temp, only took ovulation predictor kits and have had sex every other day, every day, just about everything to have a baby. We went to the doctors and she told us to come back in May (this month) to start getting things going (whatever that means). I am assuming she means see what could be the problem or to get my husband and myself started on hormones. Which I do not want to do, and still having trouble facing the fact that I might have to take hormones. I heard they are awful..any insight on hormone treatments or what you think my doctor will do would be GREAT! We have not went yet bc things have been hectic with school, work, stress, traveling, etc. but we will when were ready. I just recently started shakeology, if anyone knows anything about shakeology and TTC that would be GREAT too. I heard multiple things about it and looked a lot into it but any insight would be great. HELP ME! give me knowledge about all this..I am just so caught up in stress its like i cant think straight
Re: TTC
Welcome. You may want to start by reading this : https://community.thebump.com/cs/ks/forums/55426728/ShowThread.aspx#55426728
It goes over all the testing you can expect and various treatment options. Also are you seeing an RE or just an OBGYN? I'd highly suggest an RE (reproductive endocrinologist) if not. They are there to help you get pregnant where and OB will treat you once you are pregnant. They have much more expertise in this area and will do things right!
Anywho good luck getting the testing phase started soon. It can be lengthy but it is better to know what is going on than to still be wondering. And if they do decide you need a medication, keep in mind that not all of them are that difficult to take. Just talk to your doctor about possible symptoms.

Welcome. Like Cara said, I would suggest an RE rather than an OB for fertility tresting and treatments. It can make a huge difference.
Hope your stay here is short.
