For those are breastfeeding I have caught a cold and would love to take some cold medicine to help with the congestion/sinus pressure etc. but don't know how this affects breastfeeding and my LO...thoughts?

Check Kellymom.com to be sure, but it's my understanding that most cold medicines will dry up your milk supply and should be avoided. Maybe it's most antihistamines.
