If he measured for a size 4 at Stride Rite, would I go with the 4 here too?

ETA: I just realized the biggest size original is 18-24 so would that be too small?

From the size chart I found on diapers.com for Pediped shoes, it looks like the size 6 to 12 months is about a size 4 and the 12 to 18 months is about a size 4.5 to 5.

That's right. Leo can wear a 3 or 4; he is in 6-12mo for Pedipeds and 9-12mo for SKR.

I had that problem too so I bought him a pair of hard sole shoes for next fall.
