We're getting ready for our first trip to Disney with our 2.5 and 1 year old kids. We will be staying at a hotel on site so the kids can nap during the day. Any advice on which hotels would be the best for the little ones? Anywhere I should look to get Florida resident discounts or better prices?
Thanks for the help!
Re: Disney
How much are you wanting to spend on the hotel? I used to work at Disney and now that I live in Ocala we visit frequently. We usually stay at the pineapple.. it's right outside of DTD and pretty cheap.. decent quality!
Met DH 10.10.10-- Surgery 05.20.11 removal of left ovary/fall tube due to tumor-- Married DH 04.14.12-- First bfp 09.05.12 -- EDD 05.08.13-- Preeclampsia took my angel at 31 weeks 03.07.13-- Currently trying for our rainbow!
It's our first trip so we don't really care how much it will be. We just want it to be the best trip for our kids. We would like it to be close to the park b/c we will need to leave for a nap during the day. Does that help with a recomendation? We were looking at the Contemporary or Wilderness Lodge? Would either of those or anyother place similar be good?
Thanks so much for the response!
And the hotel at animal kingdom is suppose to be pretty cool. They have rooms that face where the animals are
The monorail resorts are really convenient for coming back to the resort for naps.
