Help With Constipation: Naturally!!!

Ladies,

Now I know that this may sound crazy, inappropriate, or whatever to some people but I'm just going to warn you now: this is for mature adults only (and we should all be mature because we did SOMETHING to be pregnant). I came across this solution "accidentally".

So, my suggestion is to let him penetrate with his finger (or other body part) your anus. I was delightfully surprised the next morning when trying to have a bowel movement wasn't such an issue. So, every day or every other day when we're having four-play he makes it a point to do anal penetration.

 Note: So much better than drinking prune juice and I didn't want to take any medication unless it's absolutely necessary.

um.... wow. Glad that's working for you. Ditto all the PPs about TMI and fiber. I'd file this under, things I didn't need to know.

You could also slow down on the iron supplements, you know.

That is an absolutely terrible idea to do on a regular basis. Due to the increase in blood flow to that region of your body as well an increased pressure as baby grows, you are highly encouraged to avoid all anal penetration. Anal sex puts both you and baby at high risk for infection. Plus your rectal tissues are easier and far more likely to tear and bleed during pregnancy than when not pg. Perhaps you should look into fish oil capsules. Its good for baby (especially their brain) and helps with easing constipation. A much safer and better natural alternative for constipation relief I might add.

How in the hell does anal sex put you and a fetus at high risk for infection? What infection? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

I'm not sure if I'd find that funny on a normal day or not but I am in that "ahhh emotions going crazy" phase and I read this and nearly spat out my coffee.  I'm almost in tears laughing.  Thanks for the giggle!

I'm not sure how sold I am on the naturalness of digital anal penetration. I mean, I guess there are no chemical compounds involved, but I did open this thinking I would see a dietary recommendation.

Also, don't forget that if you are concerned about the pain and trauma of pushing the baby out of your little baby makin' hole, you should ask YH/SO to start fisting you during sex at least every other day. That way you will get all loose and stretchy making childbirth much easier.
