My baseline E2 was 27 on Thursday last week. I had been on 10 IU of lupron for 9 days at that point. I was told to start stims on Saturday night with 225 IU of Gonal-f for 3 nights and then drop to 150 IU on the 4th night (as well as decrease the lupron to 5 IU). That brings us to today. I went in this morning and my E2 was only 60 and the tech couldn't really see any follicles yet. My nurse told me to increase back up to 225 IU and come back on Friday. I asked whether this was normal and she of course said there is no such thing as normal in IF. I know it's early, but anyone have anything similar on past cycles? Thanks ladies.

Re: Slow responder on Gonal-F
**ticker warning**
Do they mean, they couldn't see any follicles starting to respond yet? There are always some follicles, they should have seen some at your baseline.

Seems like we're in a similar boat. There was no indicator I would respond poorly to the stim meds (gonal f and menopur).
My first ivf cycle I had numbers similar to yours. I stimmed the entire 11 days and gonal f was upped to 375. I only had 4 eggs retrieved.
this cycle I'm doing an antagonist cycle (no lupron) and I have my first check tomorrow. Hopefully this will work better.
It's not late late for them to grow... Grow follies! Maybe ask if your gonal f could go even higher.
