I like "Love and Logic for Early Childhood" it's part of the "Parenting With Love and Logic" series. I don't follow it completely because I think it's too extreme for us, but at it's foundation it makes a lot of sense. It's all about offering choices and allowing children to make their own mistakes while the stakes are low through logical and natural consequences.
I know a lot of people also like "1-2-3 Magic", but I just can't get into the whole counting thing.
