Hello all, I've recently been cleared after having an ectopic. I have gained some weight after my wedding and during this whole ordeal of having an ectopic. I want to get my body to a healthy weight before I considering getting pregnant again. I need motivation, but I feel like I lack that right now. I know what the right thing to do is, but can't seem to make my self do it. Is anyone else experiencing this? I need to lose about 30-40lbs before I'm considered healthy weight.
How do you find motivation to move on?
Re: Exercise After a Loss and motivation needed
From your ticker, it looks as if you've already lost some-- that's great! Getting started is the hardest part, but at least you've got the idea in your head.
Start small. If you don't feel like exercising, make healthy meal choices. If you're ready to get moving, go for a walk. Idk if you're familiar with The Firm Express, but they're 20-minute exercise videos that I'm obsessed with. Not only do they get your metabolism going, they're quick, effective, and for regular women-- not the muscle machines doing Insanity and P90X. That being said, those workouts are great too
