How many nurses? (for gift)

I was not big on giving a gift to the nurses but being that it is nurse appreciation week, and I am due, I found this on pinterest that could be cute and affordable to give:

Silly question, but will I just have one nurse? Or how many little gift bags should I prepare?

It depends on how long you are at the hospital, maybe? I was in from Wed til yesterday and had lots of nurses... Two (maybe three?) per day plus the techs.

I was in from Thursday-Sunday (c/s) and had a L&D nurse that was with me in triage and during the surgery, and then 2 nurses a day (day time and night time), plus a tech each day in post partum.

I made the exact same ones.  I just went ahead and made 8 of them figuring I will use any extra at a later time.

You have new nurses each day that you are there, however, remembering from my hospital stay with DS1, you tend to develop a 'special bond' with certain ones.  Plus, if you are BFing, you will probably have a lactation consultant too.  I was going to make about 6 of these and see how it goes!!!
