Grandma El's success stories?

I have read multiple reviews about grandma Els cream causing repelling issues, so we have been using liners at home. DS starts daycare next week and they don't want to hassle with liners, but grandma Els seems to be the only thing that is clearing up his tut. Has anyone used it without developing repelling issues? (Our stash is mostly synthetic pockets if that matters.) TIA

yep, we use it all time with synthetic pockets, and at first daycare used to glob it on like aquaphor. i put a stop to that mostly bc its so freaking expensive, but i never had repelling issues.

I've never had repelling issues with it on our pockets, just staining.
