I have been nauseous for the past week and a half. I have been keeping myself stocked up with ginger ale and drinking a lot of water. Hope you get to feeling better soon.
With my first pregnancy ginger ale helped. Peppermint can also be helpful, I haven't tried it this time around as morning sickness hasn't set in yet but I'm sure it's just around the corner for me. Hope you get some relief.
Ginger ale and something sour helps me (lemonade, sour hard candy, etc.). I try to not go too long without eating and have something small when the nausea sets in -- granola bar, crackers, etc.
I have found that staying hydrated and not letting myself get overly hungry help out a ton! I would get so nauseous the second I became hungry when I was pregnant with dd. Good luck hope it helps!
Oh and I have had people tell me about seabands and how great they worked. I tried them and wasnt impressed. They are cheap tho so maybe worth a shot for you?!
Ditto on the lemon/sour things and not letting yourself get hungry . Also, vitamin B6 was really helpful for me. There's a Vitamin Water (tropical something? It's orange) that has a lot of B6 that was great.
So far so good over here though. Thank goodness. I was sick the whole time last time
Sour things worked really well for me. I'd put a bunch of lemon juice in my water and sip on that all day. I also carried a small container of oyster crackers to snack on since they traveled a little better than Saltines. Thankfully it hasn't hit me yet, but I imagine it's not too far away
My sister had terrible morning sickness and she used lots of ginger to help ward it off. In addition to ginger ale, she would take whole pieces of ginger and boil it to make ginger tea. I hope you feel better!

Sour jolly ranchers helped me last time. Also, eating all the time so I wasn't hungry. Ginger ale was always too sweet for me.
Sour candy, seabands, staying hydrated, eating before you get hungry, ginger candy/gingerale, B6, and of course, talk to your doctor if the m/s gets out of control.
Thanks everyone! I think my main problem was getting hungry. It seemed like I ate constantly today and I only felt a little sick in the morning. Also the lemon has helped a lot too.

Water and crackers.
I also found that inhaling slowly through the nose helps. And also burying my nose into the scarf that I usually wear.
