First kiss was our first "date". We met through my sister. He worked in the same plaza as the currency she worked at. He asked if she had any single friends and she showed him a pic of me.

Long story short, we met up eventually at a bar and at closing time I went in for the kiss.

First fight was when we were drunk at a bar and he got mad because I was dancing with some random guy. We weren't official so I didn't see the big deal.

First time he said "I love you" was the first time we had sex. I wanted to say it prior, but being me, I had to wait until he said it.

Do you guys remember your first date with DH? Yes - he came into town to visit, and we crammed about 5 dates into one weekend. I knew he liked hiking, so I took him to a local hiking spot. I could barely keep up and it took a lot longer than I'd anticipated, but it was a lot of fun. That's where he proposed, too.

Your first kiss? Yes - it was on part 2 of our "first date weekend" when we went out to dinner after our hike.

Your first fight? Hmmm....we don't FIGHT fight. We...express our feelings and move on? There's not back-and-forth. I remember the first time I got really upset at him, but that's not worth repeating.

Any other memorable things you want to share about your relationship? It's been about 5.5 years since we started dating. We've been apart for almost half of that time with deployments and such. We dated 90% by email because he was out of the country, and that's probably why I've survived the time apart.

Do you guys remember your first date with DH? Yes, it was a few weeks after we actually started "dating."  We were summer camp counselors, so we didn't get a night off until staff training was over. We went out for Italian and then stayed at his parents house (they were oot). His friends came and lit candles and then took some creative liberties and tied ropes to his bed.   It cracks me up even thinking about it.  

Your first kiss? Watching Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back on the floor of the camp lodge floor.  10 years ago in 3 weeks?!?  I should probably buy a copy of that to celebrate with.

Your first fight? No idea.

Any other memorable things you want to share about your relationship?  I still can't believe we started dating as teens.  We continue to have some great adventures. I love how he's always up for anything.

I'll share how we met because it is cute! He was a medical student and friends with my friend's husband. He was doing a research study on eyes and needed one more healthy participant so my friend asked me if I would go. He took pictures of the insides of my eyes for 30 minutes in a tiny little room at the clinic.

The next day he sent me a message that said "your eyes captured more than my imaging device," and asked me out. We've been inseparable ever since!

First date: Hmmm... DH and his best bud crashed a dinner I was at with a couple girlfriends (DH had actually called my house and asked my parents where I was so he could catch up with me), then we all went out to a bar. Other than that, our dates mostly consisted of going out clubbing/dancing.
