Bloody nose

When I got DD out of bed this morning, she has blood in her nose. It's not really dried blood but theres alot in there. Not enough to even get on her sheets but I'm still freaked out. She's had a coldfor a couple weeks. BUT last night right before bed she fell off of the toilet backwards. I'm going to call the pedi when they open but I just wanted to see if anyone elses Lo has had a bloody nose. I know kids do get bloody noses a lot but this seems really young.

As a baby/child I had a nosebleed at least once a month at night.  It's pretty common, I wouldn't be concerned.
