What hobbies have you put on hold since becoming a mom?
Today I made a batch of soap, aaaaand I won't be doing that again. It's about a 3 hour process and I was stressed. Julie was really needing me today so I had to ask dh to finish it up.
I've also given up on piano for now.

Reading
I have three crochet projects just sitting there stating at and like I abandoned them. I haven't touched it in months and now that Kaley is so mobile, I have no chance.
I made rachelmichelle1 my bitch.
I really miss reading. When I pumped at work with ds1 I would read during my lunch pump. Now I just work through my lunch, only closing my door to pump.
My sister just had another baby and she and bil have always been our go to babysitter. It was fine dropping one off but now were talking dropping two off added to their two. I don't ask as often right now. They are still adjusting to their new one and iI understand what that's like. We aren't going out much at all unless we take the kids.
I don't go to the gym anymore. I want to work out but have zero desire to do my favorite zumba class from 530pm to 630pm three times a week , get home, shower, eat and barely see the kiddos before they go to bed by 8pm.
Reading, cooking, cleaning, sewing and crafts, shopping (for the house and me)
but I actually feel like I'm starting to get more done now that she's mobile. She's playing more independently and she's not all over the house yet so I'm not chasing her. My house is somewhat clean and while its cluttered still I don't feel like our main living area will qualify for an episode of hoarders though my office and storage room yes!
The only hobbies on hold for me are hockey, skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking and drinking....but it's not because of my LO. It's that whole being pregnant again thing. : )
But, I went from working FT to being a stay-at-home mom recently. So, new hobbies are walking at the park, going to the zoo, taking the dog to the dog park and I even joined a golf league. And I get to the gym a few times a week for Yoga and strength training.
ETA I forgot reading too, I haven't read a non baby book since I was pregnant.
Cooking - mostly baking which takes time, and some more complicated recipes such as making dumplings or burgers from scratch.
Attending concerts & lectures etc. I was a SAHW before so I could just go out for an interesting lecture during the day or go out to 3-4 concerts a week. Now I can never make it to the lectures as a SAHM. I still go out to a performance about 1x/week on average, but it's much less frequent than what I used to do.
