Big Kid Bed

We moved to a new house on Friday and went ahead and converted LO #1's crib to the toddler bed.  He doesn't have any problem staying in it at night time (naps have been a little different), but he's being waking up a lot at night.  5-7 times the last two days.  I expected a transition, but I'm wondering for those of you who have done this, how long did it take before they STTN again?

    We never had a problem with DD waking up in the middle of the night.  It did take her a little longer to go to bed for a while though; she would get out of bed to play after we closed the door.  It took about a week for her new found freedom to wear off and she was back to sleeping normally again.

    After we converted the crib our big problem was getting him to sleep in the first place, not keeping him asleep. His waking up is probably due to the move and not the bed.
