If you use kettle bells what do you do with them? Did you make up your own routine or do you use a DVD? What size weights do you use? What about YH?
MH the jerk just recently dropped all the weight I've been trying to lose since January. He's convinced me to do a little home gym and wants kettle bells but I don't know anything about them.

The gym I belong to now doesn't have them, but I was actually thinking about taking a drop in class at a studio in my area.
The weight depended on the exercise for me. I could use anywhere from 8 to 30 lbs.
I use kettle bells at my gym. I do squats, lunges, lifts, walks....there are funky names the trainers use for variations of all of these things, but on this board I know they will all be taken the wrong way!
For lunges, squats, and the walks I generally use 44lbs (usually just one in those cases). For overhead lifts I generally use two 18lb ones.
