Help ! yes another sleep post but not bedtime talk

Ok my daughter is now almost 5 months. I still don't have her completely sleeping alone. Here and there  she will sleep the whole night thru in her crib or bassinet alone but not consistently.  Part of that is on me, with hubby working nights that last two or so months its comfort for me to have her next to me, I know I gotta  stop that .  We are getting better at putting her by herself but she moves up and gets to the corner of her crib and wakes up crying, with me needing to work early the next day and wanting/needing my sleep I give in and bring her to bed with me for the rest of the night.  Also she is going to sleep typically 8:30ish for the most part so still is wanting a bottle at 10 -12 ish sometimes.

 

Any tips to move permantly to the crib before its harder to break the habit?And oh yeah I gotta add she fights sleep so bad now!!  I gotta admit I love cuddling with her at night though :-(
