It depends on the type of cookie.  Chocolate chip cookies, I'd say more than 4 and you're pushing it.  Oreos are smaller, so 8 would be too much.  And milk is necessary for an Oreo sitting.

As a child: I had a lot of fun going to a local rollerskating rink with a few of my friends, rocking out to some NKOTB.  I want to say I was 9?

As an adult: My 26th birthday we had a ton of fun getting hammered with friends.  We just laughed our asses off most of the night.  I miss my drunken shenanigans.
