So it's sorta baby related bc I read on my kindle app while pumping. What have you read lately? Anything good?

I just finished Host by the chick that wrote twilight and I was shocked at how good it was. I also read silver linings play book. Finished it in 2 days so it must have been good. Or I've been hooked up to this pump for too long!

What should I read next?

Well I'm currently reading The Sword of Truth Series. It's fantastic, long series like 10 or 11 books in it.

I've heard the Host is good.

I find James Patterson particularly enjoyable as of late.

J and I are digging Sandra Boy.nton. In particular hippos go berserk and the belly button book. I can't tell who likes it more, her or me. I'm obsessed with hippos and can recite both from memory.

Up next is baby led weaning which is in my amazon cart. I'm also considering the no cry nap solution.  I've got a couple of Pattersons waiting for attention.

Is the blw book the one by Rapley? I read that one, very informative and easy to read.
My mom loves James Patterson and lends me his books sometimes.

Right now I'm reading the latest in Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series. Those books are hilarious. I think there are like 18 or 19 now. They're very lighthearted and entertaining!

I also read any and every thing by Meg Cabot. She has a few young adult series but her adult books aee amazing!!!

I'm on number 5 or 6, don't remember. I think it's worth it. But it depends on whether or not you like fantasy.

I Love A Song of Ice and Fire books (what game of thrones is based on).  It is quite a commitment, 5 books so far that are pretty long, but really worth it.  I have been reading Gillian Flynn who wrote Gone Girl and I just finished Dark Places.  They are really good edge of your seat books, but geez the author is a bit disturbing.  I also liked The Fault in Our Stars, it is a YA book, but good, a total tearjerker.

Other favorites in the last year or so 11/22/63 by Stephen King, Room by Emma Donoghue, Cutting for Stone by Abraham Verghese.  If you like non-fiction Laura Hilldebrand is really good she wrote Seabiscuit and the one about a POW (can't think of the name).  Also The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks if you like medical stuff. 

I loved gone girl and sharp things. Looks like we have similar tastes, I'm going to have to check out the immortal life... I actually know about HeLa cells, I'm a former scientist. Thanks!

I'm reading Margaret Atwood's The Year of the Flood.  It's the second book in a trilogy and the third comes out in August so I figured I'd better catch up.  Anything by Margaret Atwood is worth reading, specially the Handmaid's Tale and the Blind Assassin.
