What would you get done?

Lets say you were given the opportunity to have any type of plastic surgery done for free by an amazing doctor, what would you get done???

I would have a tummy tuck and get my lips a little fuller.

Lipo definitely. My thighs look like my a$$ ate a million cupcakes and had a hard time digesting.

boobs, lipo on arms and just about everywhere, but especially arms. spider vein removal, laser skin resurfacing.

Boobs. Definitely boobs. I lovvvvved how big and full they got when I was still pumping every two hours. They were like super amazing fake boobs. Party's over now tho =

I'm getting my boobs lifted as soon as I'm done BFing and DH gets his V! I would also like a little nose job, a chin tuck, and possibly a mini lift. The latter when Im much older.
